i love taco!!!! its such a well written chatacter with so much character development, also the best character in II, and let me tell you why im right.
at first she only cared about money, but eventually developed a liking towards the other contestants, you can see this in taco's mini ramble at 18:40 in truth or flare aka episode 15 season 2 that goes up until 18:56, where she says: you still dont get it! you can win your measly challenge, but at what cost?! driving away everyone, who ever cared about you?! sure enough, i asked you to burn those bridges to the ground, and you gladly did everything you could do to keep the fires rising because you've been taught that is what you need to do... by HIM!
in the same episode she also says at 17:29: i admit, at first, i worked from the shadows , observing you all for just a chance at just, some of that... SOME of that... but recently, i saw this desire take me to extremes, and let's say, i've lost more than any of you.
also, she did not even mean to hurt pickle nor the microphone and regret hurting them. This is proved because of taco sending alot of apology letters to pickle (even though pickle burned them all), and her looking guilty when looking at microphone, when she looks through the window of hotel OJ at 1:01 of truth or flare, aka episode 15 season 2. She looks guilty, also taco hesitates to say microphone's name at 18:15 of episode 15 season 2.
That proves that taco has had a character development . At first, she only cared about winning the money, but now?? She cares the other contestants, and breaking the game, and she feels genuine remorse for hurting the others. And the ironic part? Doing that is literally breaking her. Microphone was her last hope at making people acknowledge her hard work and pain, but now that microphone has left her. it seems like her scars have gotten worse and worse.
At first, you could barely see it, but in the newest episode, it is easy to witness. If you look at episode 13 season 2 mine your own business, at 9:37, her scar from the gem falling on her head is barely visible . And she just got the scar too, but if you go the episode 15 season 2. Her scar is very prominent... Except for at last part, since she dies and gets regenerated by the Mephone 4, making her scars disappear. She also believes that she cannot restart because of her cruel past actions (trying to steal the money, faking her personality and her stupidity, that i've spoken about a few days ago with you, manipulating people in multiple episodes, attempting to murder knife, etc). This is being proven in her tirade song in a pair with Mepad in episode 15 season 2, that everyone loves.
She says "clear the slate. start again, are you hearing how prepostrous that sounds?! How can you not comprehend for someone with my monsterous background?!, the whole slate has fallen apart!" at 6:42 in that episode. Also, in the song, Mepad points out that she seems to not think she is able to restart and change herself for the better, that she possibly forfeited this ability, saying "you believe yourself to be incapable of starting over. In more ways than one..." At 6:34, and that is why taco is the best character in II, a very well written character, AND she has had alot of character development.

I was abused by my father and it made me hate and be afraid of masculinity and narcissism. I suppressed those parts of myself while they still were there - because I still partly him genetically and ontologically. It led to constant inner conflict. And inner conflict led to pain. And just now I realized that there is no harm both in masculinity, nor narcissism by itself - it is just harm created by how one person manage to live with those traits. And I think that I can manage to live with them. Because I can self-reflect.
