Compelling story. Perfect voice over. Wonderful graphics. SOMA is an awesome game.

In my opinion, a vastly overrated game. Gameplay is linear and everything is on the rail. I felt like I was playing a nicely drawn laser-disc game.

Atmosphere, graphics and sound effects are top notch, but gameplay is absolutely linear and interaction is limited to "use this object on that object to advance". OK, that's the standard adventure paradigma, but on modern games I would expect some innovation. The story is a rehash of several sci-fi horror themes. Nice experience, but not a game to remember.
