You need to loot for 20 minutes minimum. If you don't, you'll have max 15 bandages for heals and your best weapon is going to be some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ smg or shotgun. Finally when you are finished looting you're ready to die because of desync. Servers are horrendous and I don't even wanna talk about the mechanics. My dead granma can wake up from the dead and die again faster than you can vault or switch weapons in this game. Pathetic.
