I'll be honest, I came into Spec Ops: The Line thinking it would be another ''MURICA!'' shooter, and I left absolutely blown away. The combat feels very Gears of War-esque, but I found it to be quite nice for this game (No, there's no wallbouncing or anything like that). The great thing about SO:TP isn't the combat, but the story. Rarely, do I feel empathic for the charcters in a game, but Spec Ops is a fantastic exception. The game follows Martin Walker and his squad, in an attempt to evacuate the refugees in the now destroyed Dubai because of heavy sandstorms. As the game progresses, you find out you HAVE to make tough descisions to move on. You realize that true war isn't about right or wrong, but whether the choices you make are intended for the greater good. I won't spoil the endings for you, but the game tells you that YOU did this. YOU could've stopped the senseless acts of violence at any point, but YOU kept going on. Sadly, the multiplayer is dead, therefore I can't comment on that. However, Spec Ops The Line is a great buy if you're looking for a compelling story and a different experience from the ''B-b-bloody screen! SO REAAAAL!'' mainstream war games.

One of the most incredible games of all time. Vice City is a must buy for GTA fans or someone looking for nostalgic 80s tunes.
