*Mission* Build a plane with the ability to drop sat stations, ODST style, across Kerbin. It was early morning at 0700, 9 fps, flight control checks were good and we were given green for launch. The entirety of the Problematic Sci/Space Agency counted down for engine start... 3... 2... 1... and we slowly rolled until liftoff! Cruising alt was 9000m, for 9 fps. Over 2 hours of flying any many coffee breaks in between. We were finally approaching the target destination. The cargo bay doors started to open. Decoupling's were primed and ready. Boom! Pod flew straight down flawlessly. The crew added a small antenna to control the pod and tell it when to deploy the parachute. All eyes were diverted towards the pod as they took control. Commanded the parachute to open. As the beautifully packed parachute opened. The plane decided to delete itself with the poor and brave Kerbals inside.

I spent $50 to watch my Kerbals die needlessly.
