Amazing game! Awesome story, characters, etc. Best MMO Ive played so far!

Ive been playing ARK for over a year. Studio Wildcard had a hardware failure that lost all the data for multiple servers. My character was lost when the hardware went down and was not restored. I submitted a ticket asking Studio Wildcard for help and they can't and won't help me or restore my character. Studio Wildcard has some of the worst customer service ive seen in a game. I do not recommend because if you have any issues, the developers WILL NOT HELP YOU. Don't bother paying for this overpriced POS...
