You better get used to the soundtrack because you're going to be hearing it 500 times over.

A series of vignettes that make you think about stuff. I'm scared to say much more because I believe you should go into this blind, and experience it yourself - not through anyone else. Perhaps it will insight you to change something about yourself, as it did for me.

Early Access Review
Not often do I play a multiplayer game and love it as much as the singleplayer games in my library; there's a lot of stuff this game does, and it does it all well.

I describe this game as a mixture of Left 4 Dead 2 and ASTRONEER. Although it isn't the child of these games, it does take the best bits from both of them - the nice looking aesthetics that ASTRONEER has are present in this game, alongside the encouragement of teamwork (from L4D2) by, not limited to, having a great synergy between the different classes and their functions.

Surrounded by AAA games and corporate developers, it's rare to find such a great indie game, with such great developers. They listen to the feedback from the users, take part in conversations on the subreddit + Discord, and actually PLAY the game! They have an active blog with a forever updating roadmap, showcasing upcoming features and estimated delivery dates. They've got it all.

Having not played this game for quite a long time, coming back to it was like I never left. I had a character I just started and continued with that, playing the story. I then launched my end-game character and went into the Dark Zone and had a blast. However, I didn't encounter a single human.

Previous reviewers have noted that they cannot play in the PvP area because of the extra-high leveled players. But I'm really enjoying it! But that might be because I am one of those extra-high leveled players...

So, is this game good? Yes, it is. The story is very fun and the looting and shooting is great too. I love the futuristic HUD and map, and it all works nicely together. If you can get past the struggles of the DZ then you'll enjoy that too.

I'm going to start this off by having my say in the closure of Telltale Games.

I never played any other games other than TWD, but - by god - I loved it. It's so brilliant, so excellently put together that looking back onto the game just fills my head up with amazing memories. It's really sad to hear that Telltale are closing down - but that's just life, folks. I wish the best for the employees who worked there.

Anyway, here's my review.

---

In this review, if it sounds like I'm referring to The Walking Dead S1 + 2 as one entity, it's because I think this continues the story seamlessly, from the first season.

Every once in a while, I play a game that stands out from all the others in my library. For a while it was Undertale, and then Hyper Light Drifter. But I think that TWD tops the chart, or at least draws first place. These games are so perfectly made, that I struggle to put into words how real it makes itself feel. In this game, there are a lot more tougher decisions to be made, but I think that adds the realism that Telltale inject this game with.

Wow, what can I say. TWD (both S1 + 2) are both fabulous games, and you really get into the mind of Lee and Clementine. I loved the first game, and after quite a while of finishing it, I bought this one - and... wow. Although it had been a while since I played the first, I remembered everything. All the characters, all the emotions and all of the choices I had made, good or bad. If you haven't played the first yet, I believe it's almost mandatory to buy it before playing this game, as choices from the first are uploaded into this game.

Speaking honestly, buying both seasons of TWD will not let you down. You will feel the love. And you will feel the pain. But, it will all be worth it. Finishing a book series tears on your heart a little bit, as you will never see those characters again. These games are much like that. I was upset when I finished the first game, and likewise for this game.

Lovely game. A different, but ultimately just free, version of Nuclear Throne.

I don't know what to say about this game. In the sense that it's so amazing and brilliantly written I just can't describe it.

Wow. I am astonished, emotional and overwhelmed at this game. I adore this game to pieces, I love the characters and I love the story. Every dispute, every apology and every hug feels real. It feels really real. I'm blown away. I truely am. I miss Lee, I miss Clementine and I miss Kenny.

I just cannot write what I'm feeling down. I love this game. And you will too.

This game is very good - I love the gameplay, the graphics and the twin-stick shooter aspect of it.
Buy this game instead of the Ultimate version because the Ultimate version frequently crashes.

This game is incredible. There is >10 hours of gameplay, which is brilliant for a single player game. The money you spend is worth it for the sweet pixel graphics, the story and the controls. Previously, Undertale was my favourite game, but after I've played this game, I'm starting to doubt that. I haven't even finished it and I'm already in love with it.
