Enjoyed character creation, and the immersive open world. It's very beautiful.
I found the story quest are very unique and not copy and pasted like other mmo's do, but the story itself isn't much.
The combat is mid, but the skill specialization is nice and refreshingly different.
There aren't really crafting skills, except fishing and cooking, but they're not very fleshed out and extremely basic.
There are global PVP events that forces you to join if in the area(but you can exit or die at any time), which is annoying especially if you're focused on doing your main quests and this happens.
Doing dungeons is extremely weird and if feels like the queue is broken and not working. Has a party board where randomly people can join, but you have to click their name/info to see what build they have to see if they are a healer/dps/tank, when they could implement an icon next to the players name that shows you what they are.
You have to be apart of a guild to access majority of the end game content.

Overall, 3.5/10

This game holds a lot of potential, but a lot of work is needed to be done before it reaches its potential.
As it stands this game is currently a sandbox MMO, heavily focused on crafted and building.

Combat: There are different weapon professions that you level and increasing the level in them increases the damage you deal, upgrading your weapon increases the damage slightly. There is magic and different tiers of spells, but it is equipment locked and is unbalanced as most of the spells are on Heavy armor. There are dungeons in this game, and require (as most MMOs) a group of players. I'll add that the dungeons feel more like raids in the current state meaning you need more people than you should. A dungeon typically is a group a four whereas a raid is more in the higher range of 15 to 20. Overall, the combat is very primal and a lot of work is needed in this department.

Building: I think this game does exceedingly well in the building aspect of this game and is constantly updating the game with new building pieces/cosmetic appeal, but I believe they really need to stop focusing on building at the moment and focus on main key areas that they are missing or lacking such as combat and tune the crafting more.

Crafting: There are a ton of things to craft and get lost in, and is quite time consuming. Some crafting materials take REAL-TIME, which is quite ridiculous and forces the player to wait hours so they can craft something that can fail and lose the material they just spent hours waiting to be done/ also gathering it. The real-time ratio needs to be nerfed to the ground and really hurts people who want to try this game, but are unsure if they'll enjoy all it has. This part is really the only big corrupt part of the game and I don't think it's really fair to people who simply want to try the game out. Another, thing about crafting is, it's in a placeholder state and a lot of the clothing/armor/weapons is copy and pasted and looks exactly the same as lower tiers. I hope they add more options and become more creative with the looks.

The world of Pax Dei: It is quite empty, except for the amount of players buildings (which I assume is their way of filling the world with something). However, this doesn't excuse the amount of emptiness in the wildlands or having point of interests on the map that have absolutely NOTHING. If you have nothing there shouldn't be a point of interests on the map, yet.

Price Tag: As it stand this is game is way too high for what is offers, but i'm assuming it's this way to support and assist the developing team as an EA tester and provide feedback, discussions and recommendations. Usually they pay you to do this....

I don't recommend this game to people who are unsure about buying it (you won't get much done before the 2-hour refund window has passed) or to people who love the dungeons and combat aspect of MMO's (This game is much different than other MMOs in terms of combat and dungeons.

I am following the discord for updates, and most of the updates so far have been make the game more cosmetically appealing. They have a road map and I really don't know how they plan on getting all of this done in less than a year now at the progress they're making. I feel like they shouldn't give themselves a set date, but complete it when it is fully completed. Things tend to be rushed when it has a date. I'm happy to support this game (even with the high price tag) and gambling on this game to be a great success.

No noticeable or rather wow factor differences from the original House Flipper.

Pros:
Added an origin story for character in the form of small details
Have more voice acting
Have more unique houses/enjoyable to flip
Jobs are more enjoyable than original

Cons:
-Sure you smoothed out the graphics and change the UI.
-Somehow made all of the tools used for cleaning/flipping the house worse.
-Copy and pasted sandbox mode from your original game and "But Basements, and share with friends (but no co-op mode)" and gave us no real tutorial on how to use sandbox mode, except in the guide of out-sourcing (Youtube links, seriously?)
-Flipping profit is unfair and unbalanced, really missing set buyers where you know their interests and dislikes (which help --profit increase). Feels very bland and boring selling to robots that have no opinion.
-No installations (Probably going to be a $30 DLC)
-No Workshop (Lacking community)
-No gardening (Oh might be with another $30 DLC)
-No curtains/blinds (Like WTF how do you have a house flipping game with no curtains? wait for a $30 DLC for it)
-No minimap (HUGE downgrade, the minimap was so useful no logical reason to remove it)
-lack of furniture options (Really looks like they took some of the furniture and threw it into the game without adding new or more)

Definitely not worth the $40 USD or any of the DLC that come with it. Why is this game fully released, feeling like an early access kinda game.

I'm not saying any spoilers about this game. You must experience this with a group of friends. 10/10

I miss the old phasmophobia. Instead of making improvements to ghost or having more unique interactions they decided to make this game very grind heavy. I never envisioned a game of the nature to be a grinding game I always found it to be a game where you bring you friends to experience terror and horror and having some fun with the scares and the creepy ambiance.

The beginning updates were great they added cursed objects, new ghost types, and new maps.

With the new UI changes and having to upgrade gear, resetting everyone's level to 0 and removing previously earned gear really did it for me. The new UI changes are very clunky and crowded. I also shouldn't have to buy or be a certain level to unlock upgrades. Why do we need 5 different flashlights, and different models for each flashlight?
A game that should be simple and fun to enjoy the horror, made into something complex and boring because we're more focused on leveling up and earning money.

If you like the old phasmo I would recommend: Forewarned, or even demonologist.

Thanks for your time reading this.

Started playing this game when it first released and it was a decent horror game with already decent objectives. After seeing several updates and additions this game is definitely headed in the right direction and wish games like phasmophobia took notes. This game will surprise you, when you think you have seen it all YOU HAVEN'T. Has a lot of different maps, and different enemies/final enemy. The game has changed a lot and for the better and is definitely way more scarier than when it released.

8.5/10 (wish there were more mejia's and wish necreph never existed)

This game is AMAZING. It gets even better with friends!
I loved the many build options to chose from, or whenever you unlock endless mode you can just build everything! (if you make it).
Another thing that I really appreciate from the developers of this game is that it is out of early access, but more content is still in the making. They actually listen to their player base in ways to improve the game, and have already released new skills as well!
My only complaint is I wish there were more than just 5 maps, or more than just one main antagonist.

A game that leaves you wanting more!

I cannot recommend the game as its current state. I understand the game is in early access, however it seems there is more of a focus on micro transactions then there are to actually fixing the game. I really can't fathom how a game is in early access but already has these micro transactions and cosmetics, not to mention is sometimes unplayable by the constant disconnecting issues or crashing. Another thing I do not understand is having a queue when there are only 2,000 players online, stating that there is a "high number of volume of players". 2k is not a high volume of players for this statement. If having 2k players is such a high volume have better servers. The game should be focusing on tuning and polishing. We're in early access and already spending $20 on the game, you don't need to add micro transactions this early focus your time on fixing the issues and bugs. Have micro transactions when you release the game for free, otherwise you're running a full on cash-grab scam.

However, this game does hold potential if they do fix their issues. I would recommend getting this game when it releases for free (however that opinion might change if the issues aren't fixed or if they're still running their cash-grab scam).
