A short little adventure game about a steambot named Rusty on a digging expedition. The gameplay loop is satisfying enough to carry you to the end of the game without overstaying its welcome while you find upgrades and secrets that flesh out the experience a bit more. The end of the game also sets up a cliffhanger for game 2.

A classic mobile game that isn't overly complicated nor takes too much of your time

A very short but relaxing and satisfying clicker game. Will be looking forward to new updates!

How did the developers get footage of what goes on inside my mind?

Is Palworld glitchy and full of bugs? Yes.
Copy Pokemon designs and alter them slighty? Yes.
Does Palworld do anything innovative? No, not really.
Have any coherent story? No.

Is it fun to play with friends? Yes, 100%

Palworld is proof that even a deeply flawed experience can be positive if the game is simply fun. Palworld is a game you can waste away the time with friends doing stuff that doesn't always make sense or matter, but you do it because it's fun.

On another note:
Nintendo's lawsuit against Pocketpair sets a dangerous precedent when it comes to patent laws. Regardless if you like/dislike Pocketpair or like/dislike Nintendo, the fact a company of any kind can make these types of patents for mechanics in video games that are easily replicated actions should be against the law and discourages creative freedom. No one should be rejoicing about this. Hopefully this opens more people's eyes to how much of an issue this really is, otherwise we are going to have other big companies stomping out the competition of indie games with these tactics that encourage monopolization.

Pyschonauts 2 is what a sequel SHOULD be. A direct improvement in almost every area with incredible flow, platforming, and combat. The story is also significantly better with characters in game 1 being explored more and loose ends that were opened in game 1 are tied up. Many improvements have been made for an easier experience for the player, such as a post game item that makes finding missed collectibles easier. The only downgrade would be the humor, but some of the jokes used in game 1 would not pass today's standards of "political correctness"

One of my favorite 3D platformers of all time.

Psychonauts defined an era and still holds up for me as one of the best 3D platforming adventure games ever made. The game is oozing with rare creativity and concepts you won't find in many other games. The humor is also well placed and amazing. The only thing that holds it back is jank that was standard for games during that time. But give it a shot, Psychonauts holds its own even in the year 2024
