This game is fantastic and worth every penny. I have played roughly 50 hours at the time of writing this review and I've only just finished Act 1. There's so much content in this game that's actually worth doing. All the side content in this game actually feels intricate and grabs your attention compared to other games that just bloat side quests with fetch quests that feel meaningless. Everything you do in this game actually feels like it matters. This game also does a great job with bringing Faerûn to life in a way I haven't seen with any other D&D based game to date. The only slight issue I have with this game is every once in awhile, while panning your camera, it manages to find the most random places to get stuck, but nonetheless it is only a minor issue and pushing "o" fixes it right up. One last thing, I heavily recommend getting the deluxe package as one of the items it comes with is EXTREMELY helpful that's called Mask of the Shapeshifter. This item here is a GOAT early levels as it lets you cast disguise self on yourself for free. What this means is, you get access to disguise self FOR EVERYONE IN THE PARTY. This enables you to swap the item from each character, casting disguise self on each of them, the helpful part in this is that there are sooo many secret passage ways that require the character to be small. If you don't wanna be a small race or don't feel like going out of your to find a potion or a scroll, this mask does justice where you wouldn't expect, I've gotten a lot of use out of it and would highly recommend it to anyone, though it is definitely not a necessity to enjoy this wonderful game.
