For me, reload-cancelling still works normally (reload, bash, shoot) for regular weapons but not for dual pistols (the full bash animation plays out instead of skipping).

Just found you on Pathfinder's M99/Static strikers vid (Reload cancel still exist but a bit more inconvenient. While reloading, hold the shoot button and then bash to skip the bash animation delay ;) ). What a coincidence.
