Dos version runs really poorly for me, it has small lines across the screen and very sluggish framerate. Ps1 version runs ok, this was the version I had back in the 90s. Game is quite hard, I like the dystopian colours and the speedy-slide-y action. Very 90s experience. Music is top notch.

A chilled out and beautiful game. There is a naivety and innocence to the understated graphics, gorgeous music and lovely animations that is rare to see, in a way it resembles Ori but is much less hectic and more patient gameplaywise (also a good bit easier). It doesn't slap you over the head with its narrative, instead it unfolds in a gentle relaxing way that is quite pleasing to play. Aspects of nature and creation are manifested as colorful mythical animals that you seek out to advance the story. Did I mention the watercolor-esque visual design? Its very pretty. Buy this if you like charming stories that gently unfold, don't buy this if you want a loud, brash and hectic platformer.

Slightly wonky controller settings, but the game itself is buttery smooth and responsive. Wonderful old school SNK stabby fighting with tons of variety in the roster. Check out Last Blade 2, another SNK hidden gem.

Super charming laid-back pinball/platformer hybrid. Casual difficulty for the most part but sometimes you need to stop and use your head. Amusing characters and music.

The original Sci-fi MMORPG. The skillsystem is still unmatched in its complexity, so much depth, however filthy cashuls who are not fans of tinkering and planning ahead might be turned off. Their loss. Lovely futuristic setting on a lush alien planet divided in a civil war between a ruthless megacorp and warmongering clans. The game does not take itself seriously at all, which is refreshing. AO features the most diverse and interesting class selection in any MMORPG, 14 of them infact. The direct in-your-face playstyle of the enforcer who wears huge armor and whacks their foes with whatever they can get their hands on, the engineer who makes increasingly powerful robots to do their bidding, and the resourceful fixer who runs around with incredible speed and a big machinegun, just to name a few. Plenty of content for the players who want to try a free (fr00b) account with some limitations (no access to Shadowlands and a selection of powerful weapons/equipment). Very social game where players are quite dependent on eachother if they wish to max out their characters potential.
