Fantastic evolution of Stellaris with a Star Trek theme. Glad they put this at 30 dollars instead of higher, but if you are a Star Trek or Stellaris fan, this is a slam dunk.

Likely the strongest release by Paradox, this amazing grand strategy game is both accessible and deep. I cannot see what they add in the future!

Likely my favorite game from 2019, this compelling story combines great game play, atmosphere, music/sound, and graphics. Add the tie-ins to Alan Wake and two strong DLCs, and I cannot recommend this game enough.

Huge steps backwards from JC3 and even JC2. Poor graphics, shallow missions and challenges, and jarring low res PS2-esque cutscenes.

This could be the best RPG since Mass Effect 2. The story is engrossing and deep, the combat is strong enough to stand on its own, the graphics are downright stunning, and the character and enemy variety is extensive and unique. I cannot recommend this game enough.
