Customer support is close to non-existant, but that's expected when a moneygrabbing company decides the fate of a game. Continuous updates with "new" (read: recycled with a touch) events, where the only goal is to force FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) and make you spend more money. Thanks Deca Games for ruining a once good game. It was a fun ride tho, bon voyage!
