No support at all.

Tried for 7 weeks to get in contact with Arrowhead to fix my profile at there end since I can't login to there live servers, but no answer at all. Money well spent.

EDIT:
They have still not fixed my problem after 9 months with there live servers. What a joke.

They have finally fix my issue after a year, thanks to a supporter that took he's time and read my whole ticket and fixed it in minutes.
