Having fun and making friends. A chill mmo with decent group combat. Openers, exploits, positioning all make the combat feel decent. Its early but promising.

Fun survival game. The thralls add a dimension to it like ark has with taming/enslaving others to do your bidding. Some of the dungeons are pretty decent and the progression is fun. If you like survival games it's worth picking up.

Great Game! The Devs went ahead and gave the real dlc content for free to base game owners and added this for just Yogger's character and some skins. Definitely worth the purchase to me if not to simply support the devs for their good nature. This game has depth, but unfortunately like all these roguelikes it does take several runs and difficulty increases for it to truly start shining.

Seems easy and a bit shallow at first, but once you get some gear(cards) and some unlocks(more cards) and some synergy between your characters it becomes a tight tactical battlefield with many options. Great game!

Great ARPG. The build diversity is there. The loot is there. The end game is there.

Different classes and specs will play very different so make sure you pick a fun one to start. What's fun? anything but full on pet classes(unless for some reason you prefer that, gross.)

The same story for every arpg. Who cares? It's not bad but I dont care for any video game story ever. If i want to read about characters and settings that are great, Ill read a book. LE has enough that I know what to do next and why.

The loot while not amazing is pretty good with a balance i enjoy. It used to be a bit more complex with obvious overpowered prefixes youd set out to find. Now it is more balanced and you dont have to gear all defensively to survive the very end game stuff. The weapons and stats play out differently and you can endlessly pursue that perfect piece while gaining a fair amount of "this is better" upgrades even at end game. You can customize decent pieces with luck to make them even better. Solid gearing for the thinking man or woman.

The combat and bosses are decent with the end game providing a good challenge. It keeps ramping and can get difficult to impossible so if you want to stick with one character you can keep pushing yourself. The combat isnt as fluid as D3 but it's pretty good with less movement skills or longer CD's on them. I love Grim Dawn for what it is, but LE I feel is a huge improvement in gameplay to that game. The builds are varied enough that I can play a melee with double move skills on fairly low cd's that I really feel like I am winning the fight due to my clicking, movement and timing and not just my gear and skill choices.

The performance is decent. It looks good and plays well, but it runs hot. It is one of tthose games wwhere you will want to tweak the settings to increase fps and keep the computer running cooler especially if you will play for a long time on a middle of the road rig. Lock that frame rate guys or break out the marshmallows.

The community is nice and I have actually had a decent time in their video game chat. Helpful chat, helpful forums, good stuff. I cant say that about many games.

Overall Last Epoch is a lot of fun with enough diversity, fun and challenging gameplay to be a staple arpg for quite awhile.

Fun game with massive scope. Multiplayer hackers can be dodged somewhat by getting your own lobby and it's recommended to do so. The story mode is great for a single player experience. The multiplayer is fun with friends, but dodge those hackers. The most annoying part of the game is either getting kicked back to so single player mode thanks to rockstar servers timing out or when you realize the best ways to make money in multiplayer involve leaving your game running to accrue goods while you are "afk".

Overall a lot of fun but you will want to smack some bit***s and rockstar servers will have you angry. Don't drive angry.

Great tool with a load of free games for friends and family to enjoy. Best bang for the buck on steam.
