The game has the same fantastic artstyle we all loved in Helltaker, plus the very interesting and crafty gameplay that reminds me of overcooked!

Everything leading up to the final boss is perfectly balanced and every death felt like I did a mistake and I could improve on it, which is a perfect premise of a challenging game!

Unfortunately, many of the projectile patterns appear to be barely telegraphed on the final stages, so many shrapnel projectiles, some hitboxes feel cheap, the dashes you get late game sometimes don't function as intended (eg. I pressed space but nothing happened), and occasionaly the screen is just filled with bullets without a hint of what's going on. These scenarios can feel extremely obnoxious and unfair for some players.

Leaving it as not-recommended for the creator to see it. And I'll be glad to change it once a quick patch fixes these game design issues and make the lategame feel more fun and challenging instead of a spam fest.

Good day!

I can finally live in peace knowing that Democracy prevails over corporate greed.

Long live Super Earth.

This game is incredibly difficult to understand, and the tutorial barely teaches you anything. You’ll spend hours fine-tuning research, infrastructure, and strategy, only to get steamrolled in minutes by enemy squads that seem blessed by god; while your own troops suffer crippling penalties with no clear way to fix them, except by endlessly searching online.

Also my least favourite way of adding difficulty.. Artificially! Just boost the enemy's rates/speed instead of making them think better. And if things go bad for the AI, they can sometimes just cheat in some troops/resources without any issue; while you're wondering where are those endless streams of troops coming from.

On top of that, many of the more enjoyable mechanics are locked behind expensive DLCs that, when combined, cost twice as much as the base game. Want to customize tanks? DLC. Navy? DLC. Even customizing a generic, non-famous general? That’s DLC too. It starts feeling more like The Sims 4’s business model than a proper strategy game.

The gameplay loop is frustrating and ultimately disappointing.
