No amount of nostalgia and 'oh but it's classic' filters are enough to excuse the BS you have to go through to finish this game and actually enjoy it. Remastered soundtrack is the best thing that came out of this... remaster, followed by refreshed graphics (aside the cinematics which aged really badly and the filter used for them is awful), but there is no improvement for unit control, reaction or micro management in general. No additional hints in SP missions, just you know, 'classic rts game', meaning trial and error and save scumming (every few seconds in no-build missions) and getting pretty upset or angry. Alternative is to rely on walkthroughs. I can say that at least they have learned their lesson, as Tiberian Sun and RA2 are heaven in comparison... but that was over 20 years ago. Remaster should introduce quality of life improvements or at least an option for that so 'old grizzled vets' can have their 'classic fun'. While people who don't want lose their head over it can actually enjoy improved game, but nah, not here. I'm going to finish the canon campaign and probably never touch this game again.

It combines two mechanics I dislike a lot, that is puzzles and ?bullet hell? tho arts (made by Van Ripper) are very, very nice. Story and dialogues even if simple are neatly written and straightforward, it should give you some chuckles as well as obligatory memes and references.
Better prepare your screenshot machine, you who intend to take the hell.

Minimalistic, good looking and relaxing.
If you like city builders or when u focus more on building base in RTS than actual battle, this is a game for ya.
Listen to your fav music and just build without worries.
Every island is created randomly, there are visible different bioms and tiers of islands. In record mode every island needs more points to move on, that's certain but layout of each is random which can ruin your fun sometimes.
Easy to complete 100% if u played simmilar games before.
I wasn't expecting it to be so good for such a low price.
I definitely recommend it.

Evil Nightmare achievment with unity engine lagging game, with enemies literally spawning on u (not zombies and summons), messed up hitbox, perfect for throwing tnt in ur own face.
If u want make game with one life system make a frinking rougelike.

Imma not a fan of one man army slaughtering hundreds but story wise, well. If u liked Black Ops, u should be fine here, tho BO made more sense. The Line? it feels a bit like art for art. It has it moments, some are forced, some are good. Mechanics got old. Despite all that, I guess it's worth finishing at least once even tho I got carried away too much by the hype train I've heard over the years about this game.

Ukończyłem grę w polskiej wersji językowej, co sprowadza się do tekstu oczywiście. Twórcy włożyli kłębek pracy w tworzenie od groma neologizmów, żartów i nawiązań do popkultury co widać i czuć. Wiedziałem na co się piszę, choć i tak kilka minut minęło zanim oswoiłem się z konwencją świata Nyanyii, potem już szło jak burza. Standardowy dla tego typu gier system walki, wyróżnia się oczywiście designem i opisem przeciwników oraz bohaterów, jak i używanych przedmiotów i zdolności. Dialogi są zabawne, urocze, niekiedy irytujące, nieraz zdarzyło mi się buchnąć śmiechem, co bardzo sobie cenię, po prostu relaks i rozrywka.
Jeśli ktoś miał do czynienia z mangą lub anime i tamtejszym humorem, tym bardziej się tu odnajdzie.
Oh, dialogi posiadają opcje wyboru, praktycznych jak i związanych z nastawieniem naszej postaci do świata, co daje potencjał na ponowne przejście gry. Wiążą się z tym oczywiście osiągnięcia, uroczo zilustrowane dodam, jeśli ktoś chciałby nimi przyozdobić swój profil steam.

Długość gry, to już zależy od gustu, gra nie jest długa, maks na kilka posiedzeń, 3 w moim wypadku co zajęło niecałe 10 godzin.
Dla niektórych za mało, dla mnie osobiście była to jedna z zachęt do gry, dużo jest obecnie tytułów tego typu które zajmują dziesiątki lub setki godzin, na co ciężko znaleźć obecnie czas. Sam żałuję, że historia skończyła się tak szybko, lecz nic nie stoi na drodze kontynuacji -no spoilers- więc, jest spora szansa, że dostaniemy więcej Nyanii. Sam tytuł z racji krótkości i przystępności jest też dobrym wprowadzeniem do tego typu RPGów, przynajmniej dla mnie był, gdyż wcześniej bałem się brać za tego typu produkcje.

Udźwiękowienie jest jak najbardziej w porządku, większość lokacji, a nawet ich pod sekcje mają swoje motywy przewodnie, które nie powinny zdążyć nas zmęczyć z racji tępa gry. Muzyka zmienia się czasem zależnie od rozmówcy lub wydarzenia, na plus oczywiście, budowa nastroju.

Pomimo kapki narzekania z pierwszego podejścia, gorąco polecam, jeśli lubisz RPGi, jesteś kociarzem/kociarą lub po prostu lubisz się pośmiać i zrelaksować, przygoda jak znalazł, choćby jako przerwa między większymi tytułami.


Ponarzekam na niedobór brzęczących zabawek, okruchów magii i grzybowych grotów.

A tak, to wrażenie że przeciwnicy posiadają jakiś program ochrony świadków, często zostając z nawet nie powiedziałbym pikselem na pasku życia, żeby zadać na koniec ten jeszcze jeden cios, który zwykle jest też krytyczny, piaskiem w oczy, albo po prostu mam pecha i RNG mnie nie lubi.

Note no 1: After last update I can't even launch a game, errors, crashes and stuff, reinstall didn't help, well... fine for me, hope it will be fix soon, untill then... q-_-p

Note no 2: The newest drivers installed, still doesn't work, just gettin better and better.

Note no 3: Still nothin, a week has passed.

I said "Hey, we ll be able to trade our masks, patterns, colors etc." but no, instead we have next TF:GO; Pay2Day Global Fortress Offensive 3 to be correct, I was skeptic coz of DLC stuff, but later I said "hey, lets give it a try" and then, Crimefest happened.
