Ok. So with my nearly 1000 hours of game time in this game at the time of writing this review I hope that my 2 brain cells will help some new players as the game prepares to leave out of early access.
This game I will rate as a solid 9/10 stars overall. Why? oh just you wait. ill tell you all the things!

DEV TEAM
First of all. I usually don't have much of an opinion on DEV teams, I usually find them.... underwhelming and lacking in communication with the game community. But! This team has managed to stay informed with all the bugs and glitches in the game and also kept us in the community informed so well that I have never really had any issues paying for this game the one time. and it goes on sale from time to time too!
It is not often that I find such a refreshing team that is left to build an awesome game with no issues in understanding that we in the community have lives to live. on top of that just when I start to wonder when the next update will drop there is usually a post about it somewhere. There is not many games that I would buy more than one copy for but this is one of them.

~They worked hard on this game and still put it on sale unlike another factory game out there.
~and while they don't have and wont be offering official modding support, they still love the modding community too!
~They are mindful of players in the game and try their best to give the community what is asked and are honest when they wont or cant do something.

GAME-PLAY
First of all, if you are the kind of gamer that requires quest/object flags to tell you what to do constantly, you will really struggle with this game.
The game is a wonderful open world game with plenty of areas to bulldoze and build on-top of to your hearts content. BUT. to be clear, you can not change the terrain at all in the game. Some rocks, trees, and other objects are destructible but there is no large scale terraforming in Satisfactory.
The game while buggy at times or laggy/glitcy is understandable in the more recent months. If you watch some of their videos you will find out that they rather recently updated to a newer game engine to help give the players the best experience come 1.0 release. So with that in mind keep in mind that bugs and the like will happen here and there till the game leaves early access some time late this year (2024) or so if plans stay on track.

PROGRESSION
~The point of satisfactory is to have an open world experience without a game telling you how to do things or go about doing something. You get a few tips and tricks early on in game during the on-boarding tutorial of the game that will help teach you the important stuff of the game. However, it is entirely up to you on how you build your factory. there are many ways to build a production line. Starting off you may find yourself wondering around not sure where to place your base and factories, but you can deconstruct with no worry of needing more stuff to build those things again. Make it perfect or sloppy as hecc!
~Satisfactory gives you the player control of how much effort you want to go. if you want to min/max EVERYTHING, You can!
if you want to do the bare minimum, you can!

Honestly there is so much to be said about this game that is good about it. and while there are also many things that could be made better, I think what we have is a dang good start for a one of a kind 3D factory game like this. Sure there are others but none of them seem to have the amount of care as satisfactory.
This game will make you think, you may have to do some math. but I think this game at the very least helps keep me from losing one of my last two brain-cells. who knows. But I really think this game belongs in all education systems! it could be a powerful learning tool.

If anyone has any questions drop a comment below and I will respond to them when I am able. but I really think that Satisfactory offers a little of something for everyone. Give it a chance. give it like 10 hours. Its a big game with a big picture to see. but its up to you to discover and paint it.

First things first. The playtime of this game is going to be somewhere between 1.5 or 3 hours if you are really dragging your heels. or if your just bad at directions and get lost every other turn. BUT! This game is only 6 bucks!

The story could use some work. Perhaps some voice lines as story text that comes up in the corner is a bit distracting but other than that Its not bad at all. Kind of reminds me of "Lost Ember" but spooky.

A lovely concept game that could lead into more if there was demand for it and I would! but more importantly you can finish the game in a single session. I frankly love this as I grow tired of games that want my attention as if i'm working another full-time job.

Not a bad gem of a game that I found on a YouTube short. not bad at all.

I could only play VRC for half the year. the other half I was what you could say deployed for work related stuff.
I honestly Loved the community, the people I have came in contact with are some of the best people out there. but with the Devs pushing so hard for Easy anti cheat and to punish to modding community, I really don't feel like VRC is a home that I could hang out in anymore.
So much was lost when they added EAC. the cool people are gone. the crashers and trolls run unchecked. GO back to what it was before EAC.

The game itself is fun most times. you will be having many server related issues.
Ubisoft favors ranked with the "bomb" objective and thus people who abandon matches in non-ranked games are not punished in any way to lower the amount of people quitting matches. In non-ranked games expect to join many games already in progress.

Still true well into the end of 2022.

I have had Distance since early Beta. and while at times over the years the progress from the game has seemed slow at times. The game has grown into something quite worth it to me.
Distance has a unique game play to it being only matched by the previous older game Nitronic Rush.
Distance and all its glory has an epic soundtrack, stunning graphics, and an interesting story line.

A cool game to say the least. It still could use some work like a live Map when weather comes into play as most stations/ outposts should have some form of weather tracking equipment to inform air-traffic of local conditions.
They have added a throttle lock to the game (X key by default) that can be used for more accurate flight.
Overall I'm still just a few hours into the game but I'm liking it so far. and once you figure out how to lock the throttle so you are not fighting with it, this is quite an enjoyable game

Price: 3/5 Game under development/ early access. I feel like the price is just a little to much for the games current progress but hay I'm still learning
experience: 4/5 no major issues found. Think the thrust lock should be on by default
U.I: 4/5 no major issues found but I think could use a little more work.
Controls: takes time to get comfy with but hay new game so whatever. think the controls could use some touching up when interacting with passengers.

Overall: 4/5 only thing I could think of to improve the game is to add the ability to change the colors and add markings to your aircraft. would be kind of nice since we need to look at it all the time.

This program is simple. pleasing to look at. But. If you have had absolutely no prior experience with what is involved. I can not warn you enough to stay away from the program. The YouTube tutorials move so fast like there is a time limit. they briefly explain what a few things are, and kind of how to use them. but they don't give multiple examples. The videos are also out of date since the program has been updated and now you need to do some guess work on what the steps are as they no longer line up. My best advice is watch the YouTube tutorials 1-2 times through and if you are still clueless on what the heck is going on then don't bother.

Support is almost non existent. its taken me over a few days to get a response on how to set up a basic "getrole" command and its not even from one of there staff members.

overall I would rather get my money back if I could and just learn to code a bot myself as there are far more resources available for "freelance coding"

The only thing this game needs is a map maker and the ability to set your color. Best 5 dollar game ive ever bought!

It was fun for GTAV online but they scred up modding for solo play and online play. Sorry but i have a full time job i dont have time to waist grinding away for all the stupid ♥♥♥♥. it was cheeper for you and 5 friends to chip in and buy another account. mod the ♥♥♥♥ out of it while you and your friends got loads of money. that 10 bucks that you and your friends chipped in got you way more then what 100 dollers could with there shark cards.

i still like the game but rockstar and taketwo needs to fix this crap

Good game that plays nice. and easy to play once you figure it out even a little bit. It does not run on my laptop witch is a shame however its not the games fault. that system is really old. my main system for games and what not this game runs fantastic and anyone who likes space games at a fair price will like this game!
