Edit: Performance is fixed, FINALLY. That said, this game's reputation will probably never recover from such an awful launch. The optimisation took far too long, which is a shame because the game itself is fantastic when it runs smoothly. My first 200hrs were largely frustrating, and I will never forgive Capcom for the way they mishandled the performance on PC. As a fan of Monster Hunter as well, I will not be purchasing Wilds any time close to its launch until the game is proven to be optimised. The MH Wild's open beta was highly reminiscent of DD2's initial abysmal performance. Respectfully, get your sh*t together, Capcom.
