Heres comes a little longer review:
First off, Ive played the base game, TAG1 and TAG2 on ultra violence.

Gameplay: The Gameplay is solid as always and the aditions, namely the hammer and 2 new enemies work. The hammer is tons of fun and perfectly fits into the gameplay cycle of Eternal. The Stone Imps are quite annoying to fight, but they work. The grappling hook sections are just as good as any other platforming part (I personally like them). The critics tho: The DLC was quite short at just about 3 hours. Not terrible but less then TAG1. Also, TAG2 was less difficult than TAG1. While TAG1 was a LOT harder than the base game, TAG2 was closer to the some of the final base game levels. I dont think thats generally bad, since it keeps the flow, but TAG2 moves on a fine line between just fun and too easy. Besides the final Bossfight, I only died twice. Talking about the Bossfight. Holy smokes that was the best Bossfight in all of DOOM. It had the perfect balance when it comes to difficulty. Super Intense and you really have to be aggresive, but not frustrating like the death machine that the final Boss of TAG1 was. In my oppinion the most interesting, epic and fun boss fight in all of DOOM.

Story: The Story of TAG2 is a very simple, yet a cool addition to the base game and TAG1. The End has a similar feeling like the end of the base game, kind of unsatisfying at first, but after I though about it, its pretty much perfect for DOOM. Where the Story however shines is in flow, you always feel something is important is happening next and if youve seen the trailer, yes, the presentation is as awesome as you hope.

Other: The Set pieces in TAG2 are as always phenomenal and in my oppinion an underrated part of DOOM in general. Especially Immora looks as epic as only few other placed in the DOOM Sage. The music is like it is in TAG1 - Good, but not mick gordon level.

Conclusion: Not perfect, but by no means a disappointment. I dont remember me being so exited while playing in the base game or TAG1. The hammer is a great addition to the gameplay, which isnt outstanding for DOOM, exept for the final Boss fight, which is pretty much perfection. In oppinion a short, yet very round and satisfying conclusion for the DOOM Saga.

Edit: Theres actually 5 new enemies. They work and allow some more possibilities but arent anything special.
