This is my first review as well as my first true VN other than the ones integrated into mobile games. Having seen a little bit of the Grisaia anime and getting bored, I was a little hesitant to try another adaptation of a Frontwing VN—but much to my surprise, TROYCA did an amazing job with the ATRI anime so by episode 6, it was clear waiting 7 weeks for it to finish wasn't an option. This VN was a beautiful blend of interesting characters, emotional ebbs and flows, compelling dialogue, captivating music, and breathtaking art. The story is gripping, easy to get into, and forgoes any unnecessary complexities that some similar stories of this genre suffer from. I would be remissed to not praise Akao Hikaru's outstanding performance as the voice of ATRI and her adorable exclamatories when MC commits the unforgivable crime of robohara against her. One other thing that I feel needs to be highlighted is the outstanding music. With more than 20 different OST tracks, each one fits perfectly with the current situation of the story and invokes wide ranges feelings, whether it be the relaxing piano of Days of Love and Tranquil Moments that reflect the peaceful atmosphere of the small mountaintop island, or the mysterious strings of The Sunken City when diving deep into the ruined depths. I do think the true ending could have been more pragmatically executed, but it's fine—some seem to think it's possible they will do an anime original ending so we'll find out next weekend.

ATRI is absolutely added to the list of games I wish I could erase my memory of and do it all over again. I hope this review was helpful.
