Great Game. Needs a bigger community and ranked session at some point. Recommended to play with friends. It definitely is a team game.

If you expect it to be a 1 to 1 copy of the Budokai Tenkaichi games, then don't even bother. If your expecting modern adjustments to fit modern times, then yes it is a 10/10 game.

I'm going to be blatantly honesty. It's not for everyone except those who actually know how to grind gacha. Just made a new account on steam, and I am already SS Ranked without spending a dime. The matchmaking is honestly pretty unfair until you get to SS Rank. If there are not enough people to fill a match, it will fill with bots, making your team worse right off the bat. You'll have people one shot you all the time until you get higher leveled. It is totally pay to win, but you also just don't have to suck. There are many characters you can abuse stuns, focus capturing flags as you capture faster than others, or even defend flags and charge up the flag "take over" meter. There are so many thing you can do to hit SS Rank and not pay a dime. It is unforgiving a lot when learning how to play the game and abuse mechanics. Learning medals and who to upgrade for the best total combat score also took me a while to figure out way back when I played mobile. I stopped mobile after I lost my account. So this is why I'm back for the steam version. Again, it is really not for everyone. It's just a game of domination, over and over, that also feels heavily unfair at times if you are in a higher rank, but not around the same combat level of players.

I see so many people saying it's good, but not recommended for solo players??? Kinda wack. Literally 90% of my gameplay is with random people or completely solo. Also the campaign isn't really short if you actually challenge yourself with a difficulty high enough (and dont cheat). Definitely took me a good solid day to fully get mechanics down and even then, it has it's moments like old school gaming where you get stun locked by enemies, have bad team bots only meant to be tanky/revive, and moments where your whole team is basically panicking into the mic. It's literally WWZ with added on God of War mechanics, but feeling like Gears of War. Idk its confusing, but that's genuinely what it feels like.

It was too short for me, only because I understood how to build the characters and their decks quickly after just playing them once. 2 hours and I already beat it. In no way was it boring, it was very fun making the game kinda bend to my will with card combos. The problem is, you can kinda make the rng work in your favor when it comes to pulling your cards. I won't be giving any tips, but you definitely can make it so your pulling the same combos almost every turn. I'll update this when I try challenge increase. For $14, it's a very fair price.

If you played Megaman Battle Network, you'll enjoy this game heavily. Same exact gimmick. Positive this guy was inspired by that indie style of gameplay and it works great as a pvp game. It does feel unfair at times, but it is a competitive strategy game that requires you to make quick decisions since it is a live fight on a turn base looking board. If you never played this type of game, the learning curve may be annoying to overcome, so I would recommend their game before this. The game before this is the campaign of this world. I haven't played it myself, but I play on getting it now so I can get better at the PVP of this game.

This is one of those games that's been abandoned since it got zero attention. From being someone to review this so late, it feels fun. I put so little into it honestly, but for a random speed run shooter, it honestly looks very fun, especially with friends. I feel like this game could have actually been something. Other than that, it only seems fun to down load as a group to play for a couple hours. Simple pay for simple couple of hours.

I change my mind getting into it further. The little cutscenes for the abilities unlocks are annoying af. Back and forth between loading screens. Games fun. But man I found the thing that annoys me about the game.

INTENSE IN DEPTH Review (Making sure you get the moneys worth and hoping creators see this)
7/10 rn, but potential is 9.5/10
If you like Cod Zombies, this one is a $15 buy. It has a lot of potential and for what it is now, it is very good. But I do have a lot of issues with it, but those issues can be fixed pretty easily. I played only one match and it lasted 2.6 hours. I also already did every puzzle, tested every gun when fully upgraded, got every perk, and beat the final boss. I will we writing what I like about it, the problems, and what glitches I already encountered. Note that there is only 1 map rn out of 4, so assume everything about this review, is about the first map. I will be giving my thoughts on what could fix this game for the better. I played solo as well

What I liked:
1)First I noticed that was kinda rad, was that the fact it was more of a thriller/horror game. I got jumpscared by so many zombies that I did not expect to be behind me, to my right or any random direction. They did a great jump making it so you have to constantly be aware of your surroundings. You would think you could listen to their groans or footsteps, but most the time they quietly sneak up on you and then start groaning and yelling
2)The map provides thriller/horror stress as some puzzle spots like the small wheat field and fog goat land (though I think your visibility should be shorten more in the fog).
3)The point system is based on kills rather than hot many shots you put in. This makes it kinda nice so you can't abuse point grinding, making it a little harder
4)The gun upgrade machine costs more each upgrade
5)The puzzles were actually very cool and It took me a couple minutes to figure 2 out, but they are easy enough for you to figure out on your own
6)The areas around the map can actually provide you with a lot of stress when figuring out puzzles (unless your the type to leave one alive and train constantly)
7)There are abilities, but it's not like they are something you can excessively abuse. For instance, the main ability thats just does an AoE around you, usually will kill everything, but it takes a considerable amount of recharge. Same with the grenades, but you can throw only 1 every 30 seconds while the main is based off how much damage
8)There's a mechanic in the game called "Miracles". These are simple upgrade point to passively upgrade your guy. When opening up the upgrades too, it acts like a rouge-like and gives you 3 random choices. These Miracles can also upgrade if you see them in the shop again, and I believe that can upgrade 2 more times after the first time you get it
9)The hp bar system was something that concerned me at first, but it turned out to be a really really important factor. Unlike CoD, these zombies REALLY increase their hp over time. This can definitely make the game harder at times
10)A lot of close quartered areas so make it more fun and harder, but of course each puzzle area has sorta a massive space so you can run and try to figure out the puzzle (A little too massive for each area I think, especially the fog goat area)
11)The zombies are just fast enough always to be a distraction so you have the option of course to keep just 1 and try to figure out the puzzle OR kill it and notice that the start of each round has a 15 second break for you to do literally whatever
12)Oh forgot to mention it's a huge map and the boss zombie is basically George Romero (without the enrage though) from Call of the Dead in Black Ops 1
13)There are ammo stations to buy ammo around the map, but I didn't see a need for it since I used the shotgun and it never runs out
14)Can buy your teammate in mid round. Costs more each time
15)Battle Pass FREE.
Problems:
1)Both the double barrel and regular shotgun are the only things viable after round 20. Reason being that every other gun just doesn't clear the zombies fast enough. The shotguns one tap till like round 39.
2)Shotguns never run out of ammo period. They will ALWAYS have like 100+ shells by the time you get another max ammo
3)Zombies were terrible at attacking. I literally was just walking pass them and their animation to hit was way too slow. They miss every time.
4)The enemy with the laser never hits. Left one alive to see how accurate it was and the prediction of it knowing where to shoot it pretty bad.
5)Trains in this game is beyond easy in big spaces
6)The actual final boss felt way to easy. It was just him with a single minion zombie coming out like every minute, I also think that may have been a glitch, since they were coming from the entrance where I ran from zombies at the start of round 40
7)You can buy literally weapon from weapon shops around the map, one is in the STARTING ROOM. Like are you kidding me there, I can just buy the most OP weapon at the start and just fly through without difficulty. That ruins the fun a lot.
8)The dog (mystery box) only gives the weapons from the weapon shop (which lets me assume there will be more guns, but there is ZERO point of using it rn. (I used it 9 times just getting weapon shop items so I confirmed it for sure)
9)Boss zombie is ZERO threat. Even when you fight him again as the "final boss" where they add more mechanics to him. I never got hit once. Don't know if can one tap you or something.
10)Is there supposed to be a story at some point or is it just do objectives till you win? I legit don't know since there was never really anything being explained, just a checklist of what to do
11)Getting the lantern puzzle made me think I broke it. I grabbed the lantern and immediately switch to my shotgun. NOWHERE on the UI did it say it equipped to the "3rd" weapon slot. I only figured out I had it since I started buying guns and it randomly switched my 2nd weapon slot and 3rd weapon slot. The switch was probably a glitch, but that glitched saved me from restarting
12)Sometimes the checklist objectives were very vague. The Lantern one really screwed with me since when I found each symbol, and ordering them from one start of the area to the other didn't solve the puzzle. In the end I had to guess what order they went in. Same with the very last one, just says to kill Abraham after destroying the communications room. I sat there killing hordes for like 10 minutes waiting for the boss to spawn in that room (it was totally big enough to be a boss room). It wasn't until I looked up someones quick gameplay online to see that they left the room to find a door was now open. So please put in a way point right after destroying communications
13)Communications room realizing it now is a huge waste of space/time. You run in, destroy 4 things then leave for the final boss
Glitches:
1)Bought a Dog gun and it transferred my current guns rank to the gun I just bought. I tested it 2 more times and on the 2nd one I lost the upgrade so I have zero idea if the it was supposed to transfer the upgrade or not. (I forgot to test it again)
2)Literally walking around the small horde you train can get them stuck on each other and sit there
Fixes:
1)First thing that needs immediate fixing is the shotgun. Deals more damage than any gun of course, but also never runs out of ammo. It is fast firing too. I would normally say lower the damage, but I think it would be better just to lower the Ammo A LOT. Like 50 shells total. This would have made it so I had to spend a lot of money at ammo stations. Even though it is the literal best gun rn for multiple reasons, this would still make me consider using a different weapon if I am not getting enough points to keep buying ammo
Of course if your adding more guns to the Dog that automatically are better, then yea the "offwall" shop shotgun is fine, but no one will buy any other shop gun
2)More zombies. With those big spacious puzzle rooms, I never feel surrounded. Only wheatfield caused stress
3)I never get hit from a zombie, even walking pass and right next to them
4) Speed up boss, unless he one taps, then slight speed increase

The amount of respect I have for the creator is immense. I haven't had that much joy in 10 clicks ever. Straight up left a smile on my face and I became a new man. The creator saved my life.

Updated Review: Came back to try it in VR to see if the Oculus could run it and I spoke to God himself.
