The game is finally enjoyable after 2 years. 2.0 Update and DLC also look promising. Keep the good work going relic!

3 am... I decide to check out new games on steam, this was on top 1. I couldnt believe it, checked the trailer, bursted out laughing and had shown it to a friend. We laughed and life continued. But then he decided to gift me this game. I could have rejected, but since I know him too well, I knew he was going to try again and again. So I've accepted it. We started playing it with 3 people and another friend joined in the midgame. What started out as a joke turned into an all nighter. We just had to unlock the secret "true ending". Now I'm sitting here at 7 am writing this review. Best 3$ ever invested by my buddy. To sum up the game in one sentence - "What the actual ♥♥♥♥?!"

Totally worth it, 10/10 GOTY, Cyberpunk 2077 should be afraid to release so close to this masterpiece.

EDIT: Wow, Cyberpunk actually got postponed by 3 weeks after I published my review. Coincidence? I don't think so. Also thanks for the awards lol.

Kickstarted the game in 2018. Definitely worth it. Upon release I've managed to accumulate 200+ hours. I was able to see the game grow during development, the systems getting better, content getting added, feedback being implemented, you name it. I've seen it all and was part of the whole thing. Game might still not be perfect, but it will definitely receive much love after release.

I must recommend this game to everyone interested in RTS. It has a magnificient campaign and a great multiplayer, which will get expanded over time. Definitely worth a buy!

If RA2 was the first C&C game you've played, this remastered collection is not going to impress you, if you're looking forward to catch up on the predecessors. I just feel that while they remastered music, cinematics (only poorly btw - see original ingame screenshots in the cutscenes... halfassed job done there) and other things, which obviously are all great to have, the gameplay really didn't receive as much love, which should have been the main priority. And before people lynch me, I don't care about graphics. I wouldn't mind playing this remastered collection on the original graphics, but sadly UI, pathfinding, selection of units, rallypoints, responsiveness, AI and much other core gameplay technical solutions just aren't up to 2020's standards. Also RA1 stuttered multiple times on the first soviet mission already, which is inacceptable for a remastered version of a 20+ y/o old game.
So, even when all these issues would have been solved, one major issue would still persist - the lack of any balance changes for 25 years. Therefore I can't recommend this collection to anyone looking for a good RTS. On the other hand, if you grew up with TD and RA1, this probably might give you good nostalgia feelings.

Refunded + waiting for RA2/Generals remasters. It just didn't scratch my RTS itch yet. And to be fair we all know people are just buying this so EA will make the RA2/Generals remasters, which we are all (secretly) waiting for.

Feels like it finally arrived in the 21st century (technology-wise). Compared to HD this is a whole new game experience which I can only recommend. Nice automatch feature and many QoL improvements. Still they need to address more things, but I´m sure in some weeks the game is going to feel perfect.
