For me, the protagonist's story was pretty relatable, as I had a similar "shelter-from-everything" experience a few years ago, after which I slowly crawled back to reality and ultimately went back to my roots, which is also in the computer science space.
Of course a few characters can seem overly pretentious with their utopian philosophies and goals, but we have people like Jeff Bezos that exactly portrait these mindsets in our real world. All the patients seemed relatable too, in some way.

I played through the game in one short and another long sitting, because it had me pretty invested from the start. All in all Eliza is just a solid visual novel; nothing too complex and neither too shallow nor too deep. Recommended.
