I'm 34 hours in, and i do love this game. So much background and lore. Beautiful details to the castle and surrounding hamlets. The Room of Req is fun. No quidditch as of yet. Would have liked to have more actual classes to attend, and I dislike the broom controls on the keyboard, though I might be able to switch those up in settings (?). Overall, love it so far.

If you like a challenge, this game is for you. Complex crafting systems, no story line you are stuck following, and you can play it solo or join one of the communities. (Which is suggested because starting out solo is so hard.) You invest time and effort into everything you do, but when you see the big beautiful towns people have created, you understand just how much work and dedication this game will take, and that isn't for everyone. Nothing is just handed to you to make you feel good.
You will need Premium to advance past lvl 20 skills, and lower decay rates. But I enjoy it and I hope to see you there. :)

If you are hard up for an Animal Crossing knock off, this free to play is for you. You ride off into the sunset via cute little dolphin, the island is run by Deer people, and so far all of the quests are pretty much the same. The controls are little wonky at first, but it is pretty easy to get around, and would be great for kids just learning to play pc. Careful walking by the water, as the graphics can be intense and could probably cause seizures.( I know my brain wasn't super happy with it.) Custom avatar, naming your own island, etc. It's all pretty cut and paste.

I love using this game to destress. There are a bunch of mods that make building easier and provide more buildings and resources, which is nice. My favorite mode is Adam and Eve, where you start with 2 villagers from basically nothing. It is super satisfying watching your population grow from one tiny cabin.

I had high hopes for this one after seeing a fb live featuring it. but I finished this game in like an hour. There just isn't enough material. Like, there is a lot of potential, but they didn't take it as far as it needed to go. An introduction, I guess? I'm hoping for more installments, and I guess I will be doing some searching in the hopes of finding some, but I can't say that it was worth the money that I paid for it as a stand alone game.

Definitely enjoyable. Smooth transitions, easy game play. Controls are simple. Theyve created their own world, and exploring it is enjoyable. Could definitely use an in-game mailing system, and the trading system is wonky, with no NPC vendor sales seen as of yet. Which means you salvage items for parts or hope someone comes along to buy them. Graphics are 9/10. Reminds me a bit of ESO. Looking forward to playing more and mastering my first toon.

Early Access Review
I've played this game on and off since its early days, and I have to say, once you get started you will be addicted.

Definitely enjoyable to play solo. The community seems a little scarce now, I'm guessing because the game is a little older.
