At one point I really saw hope for this game. wrote a huge nice review for it. But after learning that they are doubling down on the real time water system, I've uninstalled and flipped my review. Until the water system is altered so that its based on in game time and not real life time, Ima just not play. Ill leave the notes i wrote before i flipped my review.

Things I like:

Very fun game play loop, a true cat & mouse game with small moments of reprieve.

Great environmental designs and map layout

Movement tactics really matter, knowing the map and all the little hidden passages feels great

No micro transactions of any form.

Guns feel satisfying to use, especially shotguns(LMG's could use some recoil tweaks, difficult to hit anything reliably)

Amazing work on NPC AI.

Things i see wrong/need improvement:

Camera management(clips into character, sometimes iron-sights don't work, should be shoulder swappable)
Hide upper body when using ironsights

Occasional frame drops, usually early in a run

The water system should not punish players for not playing the game. Even if water is rather easy to find, people shouldn't feel required to play.
(maybe make each run take some of your water, and allow small items to be added to the water supply, like the canteen).

Occasional accessibility issues(modify the font, 8 and 0 are sometimes hard to distinguish, make item text bolder )

Allow swapping between loot drops in one location(maybe hold E to swap, press E to open)
(sometimes guns cant be picked up before looting the whole bag)

Too many small things to get stuck on(very annoying being unable to run because of a small rock or rebar)

Small visual things, such as the helicopters looking kind of goofy in their movement(blur the blades, and modify how they move)

Occasional physics bugs(I was told to hunt a corpse tank, found one, it bugged and slingshot far beyond the map boundaries)

The fact that many bigger budget projects have tried and failed to replace this says enough. This game just has Valve's secret spice.

Absolutely love the take on classic half life design with modern twists.

Also god tier soundtrack.

Good game, I'd recommend getting it while its on sale though. Pretty difficult early on, but loads of fun after some practice.

Amazing game if your lazy and got time to kill, the mechanic of respawn permanently wiping your items is an interesting addition.

Very good and simple shooter, bit old but still very fun, few full servers

Very well made, not many bugs. Huge modding availability, frequently updated, and most of the world building is changeable before starting.

Bad review cause if they are willing to raise the price for "inflation", then they are willing to change anything for any reason.
