The game is truly breathtaking when thanks to the Clear Sky you can see the CNPP off in the distance casting the Shadow of Chornobyl from the slag heap and you receive the Call of Pripyat telling Skif that he is truly the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl

Game has made extremely fast progress through beta and is shaping up to be one hell of a sequel to an already amazing game with the extremely pretty graphics and fun mechanics they have to build off

Bloody awesome game! My favourite shooter by far! Being WW1 there's a lot of trench fighting and a good focus on melee combat so you're not walking cross map to just be sniped like shooters with a more modern focus

While I did initially review this game negatively if you use some bug fix mods it's a good follow up to shadow of chernobyl though it still has some annoying bugs slip through

Got the game expecting VR stalker but it was so much more! Plenty to explore, good melee and gun mechanics, long and interesting missions and story. The game from start to finish lasted me about 50 hours and it could've easily gone on for another 10-20 if I explored more and tried to find all the little secret spots. It is a tough game but you quickly learn how to defend yourself and survive, the difficulty is not overdone until the very end where you should be more well prepared anyway. Only downside is there's no other game like it and it'll leave you wanting more once you're done.

Game is unfortunately dead after a year and a half of no development, I wouldn't give the devs money as they're running a scam by buying out the rights to the game, making false promises early on then abandoning the game and banning people/locking threads asking what happened to these false promises. Suddenly they're mentioning the servers wont be shutting down over a year and a half after promising updates to the game that never happened as they constantly lie, anyone with the tiniest bit of common sense will see they're planning on shutting down the servers and locking threads that point out these blatant lies when the time comes. I'd put that money to one of the many great games made by indie devs or small companies who actually develop games rather than buy the rights to games and kill them off.

Hope this review saves some people money on a dead game that's doomed to be shut down sooner rather than later.
