I HATE HORROR GAMES
I LOVE THIS GAME

this game is like no other horror game i have ever seen. i have always stayed far away from any "scary" game but this one is addictive, all you really need are 3 cool friends with mics who you kinda trust to not hold the door shut while your in the ghost room getting murdered.

the coolest thing i have seen in my 2 hours with some friends so far, and the reason i'm writing this.
is when i was upstairs in a house with a thermo gun and the house temp was around 12c and i pointed it at two doors and they read 10 to 12c but the third door read 6c. so i called my buddies up and one with a spirit box (a radio) went in and started talking with the ghost who responded with "DIE DIE" he asked his age and we got "CHILD". a minute later my friend started saying "freezing temps! i can see my breath." so i went in with my thermo gun and it read -0.8c so at that point we had freezing temps + spirit box, i cant remember the last one but we got the ghost type and left.
the cool thing here was that i got a colder then room temp reading when i pointed the thermo gun at the room with the ghost but the door was still shut so this game has a great attention to detail.

Don't get me wrong, THIS game is good and as I see it, probably the best release yet.
the reason i'm leaving a "not recommended" review is because of how Giants Software is milking its community for as much money as possible.
almost each year they release a new title instead of an update.
now that FS19 has come out this one FS17 is only $15, i would say its almost worth that but closer to $10.
keep in mind the DLCs cost money too and some add more to the game than others.

please understand that i really LOVE this game, its the company running it that are ruining it.

short anwser,
the store page lies, and this game is massively a Pay To Win.
the devs don't do anything about hackers, they just sit at the edge of the map and snipe people.
if you have a bad internet connection you will drop down to 5 FPS no matter what kind of PC you have.
the devs faver one side from the other and give them better guns, tanks, jeeps, motorcycles, planes, ets.
the guns are unballanced and horible to use. (unless your a hacker)

don't waste your time or money trying to play this trash game.


there were plenty of times i had a ton of fun, but the time that i was just sitting there thinking "how did they just headshot snipe me out of my moving jeep from 2000 yards away" outweigh the time it was fun.

as much as i dont want to say this, i ended up spending ALOT of money on this game $100+.

after the Danger Zone update, this game really became trash.
being free to play just invites more hackers.
the time that i played this game before the update was great it was an awesome game!
now all it is, is garbage.

it seems that it has come off the initial free to play high of new players and now is kinda back to where it was a few years ago when it was a pretty decent game. and since it is Free To Play right now you should give it a shot.
