No, I will not write a review for this, because it doesn't deserve for me to articulate why I have such a problem with it. If people must know.
1. Nightmare difficulty is ♥♥♥♥, should not take 1-20 hits to kill a zombie. I say 1-20 because as you level up, you need higher damage output so if you haven't gotten better gear to match your level it'll take 20 hits, and sometimes even then there are some zombies wearing suits that apparently count as armor, and they still take a while to kill?
2. Techland support for their app is horrible, of course my email works I CHECK IT EVERY WEEK OR SO!
3. Eh...that's all my complaints, the gameplay and story are quite good, I just wish they would've worked more on the night creatures and the dialogue, as well as the character design, who the ♥♥♥♥ spends 45 minutes to apply makeup in a zombie apocalypse (TALKING ABOUT YOU JADE)?! Night creatures are too easy to avoid, pop a firecracker, grab what you need, and book it before they eat you. Also the main character SHOULD BE PROFESSIONAL, not have a heart of empathy, why the hell did the GRE hire him? Liked the parkour though.

Crab game is certainly a gem. A rough one, but a gem nonetheless. And I'm very grateful to the modding community for polishing it so well over the years.

[+]⠀What I love the most about Crab Game is not the excellent combat, the compelling quests or the gorgeous graphics. It truly shines in how it gives the player the freedom to do whatever they please and be whoever they want, especially with mods. You can choose to follow the main quest and the minor ones you find along the way or you can simply choose to ignore everything, explore as you see fit and actually role-play the game. If you're a slow player like me and love to take the time to immerse yourself, Crab Game never gets boring. Watching a wolf hunting deer in the distance, spying on a lone passing giant, marvelling at dwemer architecture or reading a book by the fire then become wonderful experiences.

[-]⠀The faction questlines are pretty poor and definitely not specialist-oriented (except the Thieves' one to a degree) and you must role-play the game to really enjoy them. Besides, while I'm glad Bethesda opened the game to mods, they should have made the effort to fix all those bugs themselves instead of relying on the modding community to do it for them. I could also moan about the various repackaged versions of the game over the years and the push towards paid mods but they are things easily ignored.

I might as well actually review this game in its current state considering the attention this got, while I have not finished it I feel I have experienced enough of the core mechanics to formulate an accurate opinion at least on the gameplay.

It is a Witcher 3 reskin with a cyberpunk setting, considering that Witcher 3 was amazing (and I still have yet to get through it entirely) it does translate. Narratively this game excels, the dialogue is well written and acted and the characters are hard to not fall in love with. Walking around the world is exhilarating although unengaging, it is lacking interactivity. That being said the gameplay itself is a lot of fun. The guns pack a huge punch, very satisfying to use. The melee with katanas specifically is fun but broken, I did a body and reflex melee build and was able to behead TONS of foes before they even had time to react. The game is unfortunately plagued with bugs, less severe bugs especially after the recent hotfix but there are a myriad of small immersion raping bugs that pop up here and there Bethesda style.

Ultimately I invest in player agency/good writing and fun gameplay at the end of the day, the graphics are important but less so. The decision-making of Witcher is here and that's really what I like the most HOWEVER this game was clearly not ready and considering recent events with the dev I will be hard pressed to trust them again. This is an incredibly bad launch.

All of that being said, if you're the type that is a fan of Deus Ex, Dishonored, or Fallout: New Vegas you will love this game warts and all just for the godlike quest design those and this game offer. Plenty of skill check dialogue to be found. Suffice to say that I have had a good amount of "That actually worked?!?" moments so far which is a really hard feeling to nail down with games like this, you usually only get that out of CRPGs like Age of Decadence or Divinity, etc. At the same time I do not judge anyone that refunds this game or waits for a more stable version to come out because CD PROJEKT RED really dropped the ball and should not have released the game in this state.

In conclusion, this game is mostly what I expected it to be and it is a shame that people expected this game to be the second coming of Jesus. I was banking on the decision making and quest design and this game delivers on those fronts. Everything else though, it does fail here and there but, in my opinion, not enough to make the game genuinely bad. If I had to give it a score out of ten it would be a solid 8/10. Hopefully CD PROJEKT RED can iron out all of these problems in a timely manner and elevate its standing.

Also driving anything is just plain awful, it depends on what you're driving but in my opinion it should just be the same for whatever you're driving but I'm just talking out of my ass at this point.

I have never before encountered a game that was so much less than the sum of its parts. All the pieces are there to craft something truly amazing, but instead they have been slapped together in the basic form of an Steam game and then unleashed upon our hapless world. This is hardly the worst thing to have ever happened. In fact most of the time in the moment I rather enjoy my experience with the game. But every moment you play you will be nagged by this constant feeling like there could be so much more. The ghost of content cut looms heavy upon the experience of playing, lingering on in every nook and cranny. Is it a terrible game? Eh, not really. Is it a terribly disappointing game? Yes. Constantly.

Ok, so here are. 26 hours in. Lets give this a go.

Yes, I would ABSOLUTELY, WHOLE HEARTEDLY recommend this game for a variety of reasons. First, if you love RPG's, this game is ripe with story content and choices to make and ways to play. Some of the stories so far I thought I had figured out then the horse took a hard left and Im just riding going, "Whoa, what the ♥♥♥♥ just happened here?"

The gameplay. You may not be a fan of its crafting system. Me personally, I love crafting systems like this. The controls are easy enough to grasp. The combat is interesting. In some parts I just have to phone it in, others its a damn fight to the death. What I've found is its a fairly easy fight if they are at level or just a couple above you. You need to engaged something 5 levels or higher to get that challenge feeling.

The graphics are top rate. Visually, I personally think it's pretty damn spectacular. It really makes you feel like you're in the world and you just get immersed.

Touching back on the combat. It isn't a one size fits all. You really have to know your enemy and what oils for your blades work best for what creature, what signs its weak against, etc. Thankfully, you don't have to memorize all of this. You can go into your beastiary right quick just before or as a battle starts to look up information on the being your fighting.

So far, the only two cons I have are the fast travel system and leveling. Fast travel is ok, but you have to get to a sign post in order TOO fast travel, which in and of itself can be a chore. This is just cause I'm lazy in that regards. The leveling, while I can appreciate the pacing to not rush you to cap, can feel like a slog sometimes.

All in all, fantastic game. I'd give it an 8.5 or 9/10. Amazing RPG IMO. I had never played the Shower with your dad series before this, now I'e gone back and picked up Steam's other titles. Wether you're a long time fan or just looking at getting into it, I highly recommend you give this game a go. Well worth the price of admission and it's a definite solid buy.

CS:GO Review
There is a reason why The Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has an average rating of around 98%. The storytelling, the graphics, the atmosphere, the voice actors, the overall scope of the game, the soundtrack and almost everything else is absolutely stunning and TOP NOTCH. I've been playing the same savegame for almost 2000 hours now and I still haven't finished the main storyline and sidequests of the main game. Where else do you get so much game content for your money?

You really have to play this game, but make sure to install the "Onetap v4" mod (can be found on Onetap. com) as well. It makes the game look even better while not asking for too much more performance from your PC.

I am not a big RPG fan, nor do I like writing reviews on Steam, but this game is a solid 9,8/10!

Edit: It took me 1780 hours and about 2 years to complete the game with both the big DLCs. Good stuff! :)
