If you actually care about this franchise as a whole I will holeheartedly recommend this to anyone that even liked one of the silent hill games. It is a P E R F E C T remake of the original game. And I personally think it is actually better then the original game. I cba about nostalgia at this point, I shat myself playing this game. And I am a dead space, Resident evil 7 and 8 player. Nothing to add, 10/10. I played everything this franchise has to offer and I am just simply happy. Thank you so much for this remake... legit thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The game is like, a perfect game when it comes to story telling.

Like I played the game for years at this point. 2.000h on PS4 in base-World, that worked extremly well btw, and now 820h on PC.

Here are a few reasons, why this game is the best experience I have ever had with any game!

• The love put into this game, the time they took to create an immersive feeling and a good story line, pared with
  amazing atmosphere and some of the best music I have ever listened to.
  
  
• The combat system is easy to understand and hard to master. Takes time to get used to, but it is very well balanced
  and gives a lot of room for individual play-styles, even while using the same weapons.
  
  
• The monsters are perfectly made, and fit perfectly into the world they tried to create.

I could type a 3k words essay on why this game is so good. Just trust this game, and buy it for 30 euros. It will be the best 30€ u have ever spend anywhere on steam.

I had a LOT of fun playing this game. From the storyline, to the sidemissions to the combat to the running away from freaks. All of this was so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ interesting for me, something completely different from other games. And one thing that I HAVE to point out. The characters in this game are human. And they act like they are. Everytime you engage in combat, the main character just feels human. U can feel the adrenalin rush that he is experiencing after the fight is over and how it is decaying slowly. I love the extra effort they put in the game in that manner. 1 Thing I have to mention though, is that sometimes kinda annoying bugs occure that kinda remove the feeling a bit while you play, but tbh this is a game afterall. Stuff like happens all the time...

All in All best freaks game I have played in a long while. 10/10 would beat up a freaker with a table leg again.

Im großen und ganzen ist das Spiel ganz ordentlich und ein recht guter Zeitvertreibn.

Nur mag ich das nicht das man um Multiplayer spielen zu können eine Lan-Verbindung oder ähnliche Sachen wie Hamachi benötigt.
