Love this game! Very calming, relaxing, and the world building is extremely fun and I actually enjoyed the fetch-quests.

There are definitely some small bugs that are super minor, like fish swimming above water, and a couple of things could have been done better. For example, drinking tea in this game gives you almost a "high" affect that can be transferred into your paintings as a filter. This is such a cute detail, but sadly I didn't know about it until I googled about certain teas after i finished 95% of the game. I don't think its explained in the game at all, and I didn't see any reason to drink tea other than the one that lets you fast travel (also something I didn't know until end-game). Also, there aren't a whole lot of quests in the Tiffmoor, which sucks because its such a huge part of the map and takes forever to explore. So it was a little upsetting that you have all this new area with very little lore even though the area has so much potential.

I did unfortunately run into a gamebreaking bug which was super unfortunate. I have a 2080ti and had no issues running the game, but my game still froze a couple of times, once during a cutscene. Because the cutscene was triggered but not completed, I cannot continue the quest and therefore cannot complete the achievement for it, or the achievement to complete all quests. This was a big deal, I like 100%ing games, so I'm stuck until support can help. Sadly, in the "Report a bug" feature, the solution is to EnableCheats in order to force-travel your character to the starting village, which can bar you from achievements on steam.

I highly recommend this game, but I also recommend manually saving frequently. Take it slow and enjoy the lore, it's a very well-crafted story-driven game.

I am a heavy Nintendogs fan from back in the day, so this DLC was RIGHT up my alley.

Pros:
VERY CUTE animals, a LOT of variety.
I love their little animations.
I love the small details like the puppy accidentally going potty inside, or the dog door working.
Bringing your pet to work is very cute.

Cons:
The smaller animals that are more for "show" I think need more work.
There is only one bird cage option, which is ridiculous because it wouldn't fit in most of these houses with how huge it is. And it only fits one bird. I bought a mansion so I can get a bunch of the smaller animals, and was super disappointed that the bird cage is half the room but only one cockatiel can be in it. I have heard this issue is similar with the small mammals as well.

i think multiple bird cages (small and large) and options to fit multiple of them in the big ones would be best.
Since the smaller animals are more for "show", I don't think it matters if their cages are realistically accurate since you cant interact with them, and only look at them. And then the player can decide if they want realistic cages or aesthetic cages. (I.e. like Tweety Bird's cage)

Different variety for some of the reptile/spider cages would be nice too. There's dozens of different types of spiders and how they form webs, so it would be cool to have a variety. Like having a trapdoor spider, etc.

TLDR; DLC is definitely worth it, but it could use a lot of work.
