Really liked this game. Still have to collect the Mostermon cards. It was funny and dark which made the setting even better.
Totally recommend.

I first played Mafia 2 at an age I probably shouldn't have been (it's the first game I bought on Steam), but I can't say I have any regrets. One day, I will actually finish the DLCs (and I'll probably update this review afterwards). so I will only talk about the main game.
I loved Empire Bay from the moment I first saw it. Even though there's not much to do, the city is so beautiful I loved driving around soaking in the music and atmosphere, pretending I was part of that world. I think that sense of immersion holds up well.
The story I appreciate a lot, even if it may have some issues.
Mechanics-wise, I feel like it lacks even though the game sets itself up like there *should* be things to do. For example the gas stations, which, while you can use to fuel your car, I never ran out of fuel. Maybe it's because I never used only one car for the entire game? But I don't know.
Still recommend it a lot, but it has its issues. If they had more time to work on it and less content got cut it would've been much better.
