I'm Michael from the GMPI (German Micro-Penis Institute). I'm contacting you to let you know that we have found some major abnormalities in your Micro-penis syndrome tests. We are sorry to let you know that you do in fact have one of the worst cases of positive MPS (Micro-Penis Syndrome) we have ever seen. We would like to ask you to reach back to us ASAP so that we can take some further tests and start your treatment right away! We have estimated we should be able to elongate your penis from 0.3CM to around 1.5 CM at a minimum. Please note that we do not guarantee any positive effects doe to inconcistency in treatment results but hope that you are happy to take part in our treatment plans either way!
