I still think keeping all the reviews from CSGO isn't fair on valves part.

But this game now feels super high fidelity and I am no longer salty about CSGO's departure. I will be putting many hours into CS2.

What the game lacks in textures it makes up for in mechanics, gameplay and all round fun. Especially with friends.

You don't even notice the graphics when you're in an all out firefight.

I tried to start this multiple times until finally I really got into it.

A phenomenal game, incredible story, characters and depth.

Wish I had picked it up sooner, but definitely in the favourites list.

I'd seen this game many-a-time and never picked it up based on screenshots.

Got killed by messing around with a car battery and as the credits rolled and an acoustic country song was sang to me about how dumb I am and I should try again, I fully truly appreciated this work of art.

Endless fun, this is what Back For Blood should have been, a real spiritual successor the Left For Dead games and a brilliant sequel to the Vermintide games.

Super pleasantly surprised with this.

The art direction is absolutely amazing and the modern take on an old school doom like shooter is brilliant, can't wait to get stuck in when my child's in bed.

So far absolutely loving this.

Stalker meets The Vanishing of Ethan Carter meets Dear Esther/Everybody's gone to the rapture.

The 3D scanned areas really make you realise the vastness of Chernobyl and the plant itself.

10/10 so far. Really pleased to have found this.

As always with Valve, they take simple ideas and make them masterpieces. Great fun 10/10.

I love the Witcher games but CD Project Red missed the mark here big time.

A bustling, personality-lacking city full of in your face pointless vulgar items and billboards, tastelessly done, no variety or interactivity.

Stall owners you can't interact with, items like televisions you can't smash, arcade games you can't use, a wanted level that vanishes as soon as it arises. Massacre all the police in your apartment complex, No repercussions.

Not a single interesting citizen within a massive
NPC filled expanse, no one stands out or has anything to say, NPC's have garbage AI and are empty shells - Vehicles have no AI at all except "drive"

A massive open city yet still confined to cut out linear paths.

An incredibly over the top dull voice actor, whom just made me cringe during every conversation.

Bad story conversations and responses. I.e - your character asks for something and the other character replies "here, take this your gonna need it" like you didn't just ask.

Thrown into situations where you're expected to understand random "cool" abbreviations and slang with no way near enough prior explanation.

Playable but still immersion breakingly glitchy - overlookable, granted. It's the game itself that lets it down. The glitches are more entertaining.

Linear combat with no real mechanics to take the fight on as you would like i.e stealthily or with Melee.

I was willing to see it through, regardless of the above but the main reason being -

It's incredibly boring. Alot of hand holding and far too much dialogue leading to incredibly underwhelming battles, incredibly boring "Braindance" story requirements, unrewarding and unfinished.

A pretty, badly optomized, heart-lacking half-baked concept of a game.

Hoping my refund gets processed.
