Sucks ass. Matchmaking sucks, you'll have 1/2 god players who just stomp other players. cheaters are pretty common. You can be shot when the gun clearly cannot shoot you

Overview
I'm honestly not sure why people don't like this DLC as much as the other. It adds 5m & 1.875m parts, a new wheel, engine plates which allow shrouds of it's size and nodes to attach multiple engines, liquid engines, a SRB and a few crewed pods. I feel like you are more likely to use these parts in career mode. The 2 DLC's are £26 for a £30 base game, so not great value get these on discount.

Part specifics
The 5m parts are intended to use multiple engines but that doesn't make economical sense in the game and the largest engines in the game are clearly meant for 3.75m size.
1.875m parts (SRB, engines) do have use: the Kodiak obsoletes the Reliant for a sea level engine. The bobcat sits betwen the Kodiak and Skipper for sea level. The Mastodon and Mainsail fit between the Vector and Twin Boar and are cheaper than the vector. Pollux SRB sits between the Kickback & the Thoroughbred

Overview
I haven't gotten far enough in career to try out deployed science/scanning arms, but the fan/propeller/helicopter blades are nice along with the other parts: rotors, hinges, servos, turboshaft engines and the controller. Also pricing the 2 DLC's are £26 compared to the base games £30, pretty poor value so try get these on a discount for a few quid

Part specifics
The hinges and servo's can move around a little so it's not very practical to make a tilt rotor/variable swept wings (not that the aerodynamics model takes it into account)
Attempting to pilot a tilt rotor helicopter requires nearly constant correction, so I would recommend 2 rotors to counter the torque to make piloting alot easier, there may be a mod to make SAS smarter but I haven't gave any a try

Good
Bike "infrastructure", new roads, a bus station and policies are nice

Bad
Very nitpicky but the bike infrastructure isn't separated from motor traffic, doesn't do anything functionally just isn't separated
