Just for newbie players trying meepo only.

Outdated (scrolldown for the new update)

Town portal

Aghanims scepter
Shadow blade/Silver edge ( optional )
Pipe of insight (magic type enemies)

Ehereal blade
More poof damage! you can use this as an escape tool. Cast this on your low hp meepo and poof to the other meepo.

Blink dagger (quick cast)
Blink poof to enemy hero, press tab w repeatedly. (hover your mouse where you want to poof and blink)

Aghanims
Build Aghanims that will make 5 meepo's and use only 4 meepo's in team fights. Put the 5th meepo somewhere in the safest area (your farm sites, base) when you're in danger you can poof back to your 5th meepo to escape.

Boots of travel
Portal to your creeps to push different lanes and poof back to your 5th meepo. Use another meepo to repeat just be careful tho.

Skill
(Earth bind Farming/RS)
Use this in neutral creeps or Roshan to prevent excessive damages dealt to your meepos

Early game

Item build
BEG FOR 1 or 2 TANGO! LOL
1 BRANCH ( for tango :D )
4 Wraith band
Power threads
Blink dagger

Note: Depends on the situation; you can build Dagger first rather than Threads to get more kills.

Mid/Last game
Ethereal blade (can be cast to yourself to escape)
Scythe of vyse
Skadi
Cuiras
Shadow blade/Silver edge (more chance to initiate)

Note: (build Scythe first if your enemies have escape abilities. Use Scythe to whoop their asses)

Build skills accordingly
Learn Poof and Ransack only
Max out the Poof ability and leave the Ransack ability at 3 only and put 1 in Earthbind then max out Ransack, the rest is Earthbind
obviously get ss level 3 and level 10 and so on (always get ss when " + " sign show up above ss)
