Just press the queue button at the same time. I've tested this with 2 friends of mine, and it worked almost 100% of the time. Be careful, however. It's very crucial that everyone presses it at the same time. One player may not be queued with the rest if they press the button a couple seconds later.

The fact that we need to do something like this and chuck it up to luck when other BR just simply have a squad system is depressing for a AAA developer like Konami..

I can't confirm if it works with friends on the other side of the world (all 3 of us chose the same region in-game) but I can confirm that it will work in same town.
