GUIDE ENGLISH
Mass Hysteria
For this achievement you need to terrorize, frighten 5 people at once. Then just celebrate!
Grim Detective
For this achievement you need to own the pipe and use the most skill, thus causing a big scare!
Spirit Level
This achievement you need to get to the ceiling in fright bar.
James the Zombie Zebra
In this achievement you will use the last ability Zebra, thus causing a big scare for those around =]
Ghost Town
Complete the game expelling all the houses and stealing souls.
Next of Kin
For this achievement you need to use all the ghosts you stole.
Nine Tenths of the Law
For this feat, you must have each object of the game at least once. Working hard for impatient XD
The Final Curtain
In this, you need to get 10 people to jump a window. One tip, scare them enough when they are near a window.
The Friendly Ghost
This achievement is the opposite of the previous. To keep people from jumping out of the windows and make them leave, this is what you do. Focus on scaring people that are alone to start with. Kids scare easier than adults. Scare people until they start to sweat. When they stop sweating, scare them until they start again. Some will leave before others, but all will leave after they've sweated some. Some won't leave until they've stopped sweating and some will leave while they are sweating. When people are horrified (mouths open and eyes closed) they don't think straight and may jump out of a window before they calm down.

Spice of Life
You need to use every item and every kind of spook on every items. This also includes moving.
You do not need to use every ghost. That "spook" is the different options on each item.

Here's a tip for spice of life: the chandeliers in the ship can be moved. But the move option doesn't display with some resolutions. Took me like 5 tries going everywhere trying to find out what I missed, and then I tilted those, and finally got it.

You do not need to do all this in just one playtrough. All progress is saved, so facilitating the search for achievement. For example, if the game crash and close, you do not need to use the objects that you had used before!

BONUS LEVELS
The bonus levels are: " North Pole" , "Ghost Train" and " Mansion House" . The " Terrortown " is the original game campaign. All of the following achievements are related to the bonus levels!
Full Steam Ahead
Just play and finish the "Ghost Train"!
Fright Train
Fill scare bar fills up scaring people around in "Ghost Train"!
"Stopping At All Stations" and "Railroad Tycoon"
Use all train objects and do all the functions provided in "Ghost Train"
Screamin' Sasquatch
The "Bigfoot" is the beast in the picture. Alarmed some people using the Action "CALL" and you get the achievement on "Ghost Train"!
North Pole Goal
Complete the level "North Pole"
Cold Blooded
Fill scare bar fills up scaring people around in "North Pole"!
"Frozen Assets" and "Leave No Snow Unturned"
Use all objects and do all the functions provided in "North Pole"!
Long Lost Lempi
This time it's a sign, alarmed some people using the action "Spook"
House Haunted
Complete the "Mansion House" level!
At Most Fear
Fill scare bar fills up scaring people around in "Mansion House"!
"Finders Keepers" and "Through the Spooking Glass"
Use all objects and do all the functions provided in "Mansion House"!
Feelin' Blue
Now it's a paint, alarmed some people using the action "Haunt"!

for next of kin, rafer to this chinese guide. translation:
"Use the ghost you just killed to kill the next ghost, and then use the ghost you just got to get the next ghost... infinite loop, until you get all 10 ghosts and use them all."
please add this detail to the guide, because I couldn't get the achievement otherwise :jcdenton:

For the Next of Kin one, I advise going to the middle and selecting the unlocked ghosts as soon as you get them

i can clear friendly ghost but not final curtain, idk why i feel more hard making people jump in here compare when i still play this game on friv XD

Just a minor correction - Terrortown is the BASE game campaing, but not the "original". Mansion House is the original level. It was a bit different back then.

Okay so after digging through various discussion threads and finally unlocking the achievement myself i can confirm that you need to use each ghost to unlock the next ghost going counter-clockwise around the bell tower. So use the ghost to kill the nurse, the nurse to kill the chef, the chef to kill the clown, the clown to kill the actor, the actor to kill the pharaoh, the pharaoh to kill the phantom, the phantom to kill the diver, the diver to kill the thief, and finally the thief to kill the captain. Once i swapped to the captain my achievement unlocked. Happy ghosting!

Is the next of kin achievement glitched? I have unlocked them all, possessed them, used their ability, possessed an object and used a spook multiple times now but it's not been triggered.
