Just a simple Paint with a blood-spattered bandage texture and a wooden texture i both made. Pretty happy with the quality of the textures i used in this, may use the wooden one for future projects if it fits idk. eitherway hope you like it! tried fairly hard to make it fit the tf2 artstyle!
