1) Install Origin (YES, WE WILL TRY TO BYPASS STARTING CRASHED EA APP AND USE OLDER ORIGIN APP): https://download.dm.origin.com/origin/live/OriginSetup.exe
2) Log in into Origin, but make sure EA APP not working.It will ask u to update, just fully close Origin.
3) Then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\EACore.ini
4) Open it through notepad, add text below and save:

[Bootstrap]
EnableUpdating=false

5) Download and install this app from GitHub (Dont put any marks while install and make sure u intall it to the same path as u did to Origin.), (It will help not to open EA APP while EA FC 24 starts but run it through Origin) - GITHUB LINK[t.ly] (I will add a screenshot with link in first comment)
6) Firstly try to launch the game from Origin, if its ok, run from Steam.
7) Bingo! Your game will start normally without any OFFLINE mods and etc and u will get your FOUNDER PACK!

P.S. THIS IS NOT LONGTERM SOLUTION, BUT U STILL CAN COMFORTABLY USE IT UNTIL FIX!
