Coast (Attack/Defend Control Point)

d2_coast_07 & d2_coast_08 from Half Life 2 reconfigured into a Control Point mode for Team Fortress 2.

- Four lovingly placed control points to capture / defend, two on the highway(s) and two on the bridge.
- Map optimization to manage a band of mercenaries to slaughter each other in! (Clipping, Deathpit, removed all HL2 entities except for brushes/displacements & the props)
- Working ladders! Just hold Space! (or whatever your jump key is)
- Breakable props!
- The Razortrain! Watch out!
- Properly working Soundscapes!
- Manually edited nav. mesh for less than adequate TFBot gameplay!

Current bugs: Sometimes you can get stuck in the physics props/brushes, but it is what it is.

How to install:
Go to:
..\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\440\3144831638\

then move the map file to your map directory, typically its:
\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Common\TeamFortress2\tf\maps
then you can either use in the console:
"map cp_d2_coast"

OR

you can just do: "map workshop/3144831638" in the console.


Made this a long time ago as more of a challenge / experiment, but I kinda liked how it turned out, not perfect mind you, (hard to work with such wide sight-lines, gotta slam some props down, Snipers be-damned etc..) and my time with this game is coming to a close so might as well get it on out for someone on the workshop to enjoy.

Tried to keep the artstyle mish-mash with the props limited, so I restrained myself to only other HL2 Models/Textures and the bare minimum TF2 essentials (Respawn Cabinet, Item pick ups, Control Point models)
