Krafton dev's hands-off approach to banning cheaters via their unnecessarily slow banning mechanism that seem to let cheaters off more than anything else. They assume it all goes to plan and don't actually bother following up on the many cheat reports they get submitted via players, clearly showing that their system is missing heaps of cheaters and letting them off.
