for the subtitles, go to the options in game > audio > captions > captions only: on
this will show any sound in your screen on the bottom, sound effects, voices, etc
but not gunshots and other things
this includes...special infected sounds! even tank and witches
for the tank to appear, you have to walk until you find him BUT! you can hear his growl, and also see his growl with the subtitles.




you can alert the team that there would be a tank ahead, so get ready! however, theres a cheat here
the subtitles might be late on generating the [Tank Growls] so if you have good headphones AND good hearing to hear the tank's growl, then still alert your team too

this works for the rest of other special infected too! i ate the screenshot for lunch sorry :(

heres some small detail














realize something is off? yes! some voice lines change the position, take voice line takes the place, so does follow and run. the other voice lines did not got removed, heres where they are now














heres the other 3 missing voice lines

and also. how is this useful? well the "run" voice line, you can alert your teammates to run when they are being chased by a tank in the bridge of the parish (unless you and others wants to kill him) and also use it when theres a lot of zombies chasing them.
the "take" voice lines makes you tell someone that you're going to going him something, works like a quickchat!













heres more voice lines.
the "cover me" voice line can alert your teammates to cover you, can be use when you're healing

the "clear" voice line. you can tell your teammates when the room is clear or not with zombies, or say it when all zombies are killed on the room.

the "weapons" voice lines can alert your teammates that there are weapons somewhere. BUT! do it when theres at least 2 weapons.

the "back up" voice line can alert your teammates to move backwards and shoot the zombie(s) that you and your teammates are killing

and finally, the "ammo" voice line makes you tell your teammates that theres ammo to refill
