Based on the Mini-Sentry's hazard particles.

Uses experimental "Outline" tech. When close to the wearer, a rimlight and faceglow will appear, oscillating to imitate light coming off of the light rays. This fades at a distance. Style 2 removes this feature.

Only teamcolored.

Fun Facts:
- The hazard particles are used throughout TF2, such as in Mannhatan, but the behavior found here is more closely inspired by the Mini Sentry.
- The "Outline" tech also causes an eyeglow to appear on certain classes and cosmetics.
