Medal Requirements

If there are any errors in the table, please say so, I'll edit the value to be correct.
Some values have changed over time, as I believe the dev has made some medals harder / easier to get

Hey! Would you consider adding the times for the new arcade challenges in the alpha?
The alpha is unreleased, but I've completed (got dev) on all six new challenges (so I know all the times required), and it'd be cool to add them.
