After removing these lines and the Killzone map, they did not get created anymore. I tested by adding Killzone back and these two lines were created again.
This should not come with Killzone. Please fix this.

So I checked the map in SDK.
I noticed one thing:
Kill Z still be -200000+ , this indicate anything will fall infinitely.
I adjusted the map and rebuild light/pathnode/splatters.
