May I suggest changing the flame area to be a wider cone, so the flame sentry scales better with player count?

This was a bug, well seen. I have also fixed the flame sentries FOV (was 140° instead of 160°) and reduced the flame length to match its real range.

Also, I noticed Stomp does not disable Flame Turrets. Is that intended?

@Katzenfleisch I think it's jst the flame cinematic, which is already aimed quite low. It's just a lot of aliens' (skulk, gorge, lerk, Onos with bone shield) view are at the same height as the flame turret.

Thanks for the report however I failed to reproduce it (using d3d9 and different settings). Are you sure the white is not the flame cinematic itself aiming right to your head/camera ? Would appreciate if you could try again facing an other direction. At last if this is an issue I can force the flame sentries to aim more toward your foot to let you see a bit better.

Getting hit by these with Bone Shield on makes the Onos' screen turn white. :P

Flamethrower (Weapon) RoF is 5/sec afaik. I don't have confirmation on that, but my mod's 20 damage per ammo results in a almost perfect, if not perfect, 100 DPS.

I did approximate testing as well for other weapons:
The Heavy Machinegun (or Light Machinegun, if you want to be fussy about actual modern world definitions) fires an almost perfect 135 in 9 seconds. A rifle fires 50 in just a little over 3 seconds, which probably implies its wait period is around 0.06 to 0.07 seconds. It probably has the same fire rate as the HMG.

If I want to get any more accurate than that, I'll have to use some video capture software but I haven't bothered for it.

I hope it will. The rifle does 10 dmg per bullet at W0 (18 bullets a sec approx, ~180dps), it is much more than the sentry who is dealing around 5 each 0.15s (~34dps), flamesentry around 6 each 0.15s too (~40.2dps + 2dps (burning damages), so 42dps). I don't have the ROF of the flamethrower but it might be around ~55-60dps.
