Custom levels music question

Whenever I play a custom level, it always has the same music, the song from the main menu. Is there a way in-game to change that?

Sadly no, unless you mute it or have access to the soundtrack (which is not a bad idea if you do) you cannot change the music in the custom level.

I've the soundtrack, but I'm not aware of any way to adjust what music is playing in the level itself...How would you go about that?

Oh, yeah sorry, that was a bit confusing. What I meant to say was that custom music cannot be added. However, you could play a favorite song from the soundtrack as a crappy work-around. The soundtrack could also possibly be used for level designers, as they could suggest what tracks to listen to in their level. Both are not great solutions but... eh, it's something.

Edit; I remember that before this steamworkshop/code update custom levels had no music at all. Perhaps this was better?

I can't believe it hasn't been implemented. Just randomly play a music from the awesome soundtrack anywhere when running custom levels! Not that hard! Dammit...
