I checked the sprite sheet and there is a sprite of him barfing, but ingame when I get the familiar, he goes back to his default "blank" face when barfing.
EDIT:
Im noticing so other problems with other familiars, in this case, Incubus when firing a Brimstone laser doesnt have those teeth.

Sorry for not replying this whole time.
Some costumes in the game use the blue of the Anti-Gravity item, I don't think they should be changed because I plan to fix this myself with CostumeAPI by adding separated skin colors for these blues.
Lil Monstro's and Incubus' post-charge animations do exist, but simply aren't used by the game. It looks like the only way to fix this is through scripting unfortunately. We don't want to complicate this pack much, so scripting is to be avoided. I might make a separate mod to fix this myself though.
